Founded in Munich by Andreas Eschenwecker, Vertigo Sound blends modern design with classic sonic character. Their first release, the hand-built VSC-2 Quad Discrete Compressor, combined four ’70s-style VCA compressors with smart features, earning acclaim from Sound On Sound as “stunningly good.”

With roots in HE Studiotechnik, Andreas and his team bring decades of expertise in vintage gear, modification and repair. Vertigo Sound has since built a reputation for high-end analog products that honor the past while advancing modern audio technology.
