I'd just finished a mix I thought I was happy with, so tried out the Masterdesk on it. First thing I'd say is, you have to get used to how subtle the controls are; they are very gradual and don't over process the sound. What they do is pretty impressive though - you get a master at an optimum volume with slight but significant shaping of the sound that's easy to miss at first - you have to really tune in to detect what it's doing. I could ramble on, but the mix with the Masterdesk was much improved. Great plugin in my opinion, and free! Wow!!!!
