The Iron came at exactly the right time, after the first tests it quickly became the cornerstone of my mastering chain. The plugin reproduces exactly the musicality of the original. And with the parallel mix, its possibilities are further expanded. For me currently one of the best compressors for group tracks and mastering. I don't want to miss it anymore.

This does what I have always imagined a compressor on the master fader should do. Little bit of glue, little bit of the right kind of musical character, and the compression is just right. It's amazing, After mixing ITB for 20 years, and having used or tried literally hundreds of compressors, I feel confident that this would make my list of top 5 all time ITB compressors and for the last few months is the only master fader compressor I've used.

Really blown away by SPL Iron. I have a bulging collection of compressors from Plugin Alliance but Iron fills the 'vari-mu gap' in my list perfectly. SPL and Brainworx should take a vacation to celebrate this plugin. This is a very musical and colorful compressor. I love switching through the different rectifiers to obtain the perfect sound. There's something magical happening underneath the hood of this one. You have to hear it for yourself to experience the joy I get everytime I bless one of my mixes with this. Wow!
