The AMEK EQ 250 is such a great equaliser to work with. I can achieve fantastic results with just gentle boosts, in order to open up my mixes. It quickly has become the secret weapon on my master bus as I love how easy it is to get an analogue feel, into my songs. You can instantly create depth and it pushes your mix forward, without being aggressive. Having the option to use it in M/S mode is a very welcome addition in order to treat my instruments or mixes with all the detail I want.

The amount of craftsmanship and detail put into the AMEK EQ 250 is amazing. I’ve found myself putting this on everything I’m creating. It sounds super musical and the layout is really intuitive. I couldn’t recommend the amek 250 more. Plug-in alliance and the Bx team really hit this one out of the park.

I know the AMEK EQ 250 is a mastering EQ but it seriously sounds good on anything; snare bus, shells bus, drum bus, guitars bus, you name it. Oh, and the high-shelf boost is pure magic on the master bus by the way, this thing is gold.
