“I grew up in southern San Diego. My parents were big fans of music and introduced me to The Beatles and Led Zeppelin early on. I used to collect cassettes & CD’s in the early 90’s and eventually I became interested enough to play an instrument, so I bought a guitar. I took lessons for a few years and had some bands but I realized that it wasn’t a natural thing for me. I eventually figured out that I was meant to Produce and Engineer music.”

Product Reviews

  • Black Box Analog Design HG-2MS

I really love the added features, such as the eq tweaks you can make on the saturation as well as the mastering features on the bottom. The Mono Maker is super important as well as the ability to do MS makes this familiar plugin something entirely new. I love it!

I found WARBLE can really shine in places you want to add texture and dimension. I found it to work very well on effects return channels for reverbs and delays. This is going to be one of those secret tools in the box that you pull out when you need to sprinkle on some magic.

  • Lindell Audio 354E

There is a lot to like about the 354E’s quality of performance. I love that each band has M/S capabilities. It adds some nice punch and glue without ruining anything.  I love how the interface is big as well so it’s easy to read.  It’s got the vibe and mojo that would make it a go-to plugin for me.
