Josh Gudwin is a 3x US and 5x Latin Grammy Award winning Mix Engineer, Record Producer, Vocal Producer and Musician. He is a veteran of the US Marines and an alumni of Full Sail University. Josh started at Record Plant Studios in Hollywood, CA then worked under 5x Grammy Award winning vocal producer Kuk Harrell in 2008. Within a few years he became Justin Bieber’s exclusive vocal producer and has since worked on 9 Justin Bieber projects including the acclaimed album Purpose , Changes and upcoming album Justice credited on all three as Album Producer, Producer, Mixer, A&R, Composer and Vocal Producer. Josh Gudwin has become one of the most sought out mix engineers in the pop and Latin world with credits including record-breaking singles “Despacito” (the Justin Bieber Remix) “New Rules” & “Don’t Start Now” by Dua Lipa, as well as full albums projects Juanes Mis Planes Son Amarte, Bad Bunny X 100PRE & YHLQMDLG, J Balvin Vibras & Colores and the Balvin/Bunny collaborative album Oasis.

This new Black Box HG-2MS is a welcomed upgrade with its new flexibility. The additions like TMT, Density, Mono Maker, Stereo Width, calibration, MS capabilities, and selected frequency saturation, this plugin checks all the boxes for me.
