★★★★★Great quality sound, the compressor is great love to have that auto release feature, the eqs are also great and need to say all this PA plugins that comes with mono maker are just wonderful to spread the frequencies to get a better result on my mixing. -
Amek 9099 Console Strip
★★★★★So far, this plugin strip has been an absolute blast to use. It may look a bit crowded at first, but all of the features packed into this strip make it a one-stop-shop for a huge variety of sound sources. The EQ is similar to the 2098, which I love, and the dynamics section has so many features that this plugin could be used for anything from lightly fluffing up a master bus to mutilating and saturating a sound source. The gate is more musical than I expected and the filtering options to the gate and compressor make it easier to zone in on specific elements of the signal. All said and done, this is a valuable tool to have if you want to streamline your workflow or go down the rabbit hole. If thats not enough, the cherry on top is the addition of the stereo width and mono-maker functions. Can't go wrong with the AMEK 9099!! -

Looks and Sounds Amazing!
★★★★★I just remixed a song with mainly 9099. Great Sound! Nice sounding Eqs with flexibilities. I really like Notch function on the strips. Sheen & Glow on Highs and Lows are both beautiful sounding. Compresser had a really good feel to it. But it was the Limiter that really got me on this! Cliping was ok. Gate was useful. And bx’s features like Mono Maker, and Stereo Width comes in pretty handy. Things like this that keep me a Mega-bundle sub forever. -

I can't believe the sound quality

Adding a Mono Maker knob, and stereo enhancer are just the icing on the cake of this mother of all mixing console plug ins. The compressor sits beautifully in that range where the 9000J glues and the N adds body, and does both incredibly well. The expander subtly does its job to perfection, as just the right amount of addition to any sound comes out immediately upon dropping this on the channel.
Limit your sounds in just the right way, by applying the limiter and make up to perfectly balance the sound and make dialing in the right power to any process a breeze.
All the standard high pass & low pass filtering are available by a touch of a knob, and turn of the digital output.
New for the 9099 as far as I can tell, is a glow and sheen button that give the low and high shelf a perfect curve to accentuate your most important frequencies to help your high percussions stand out, or get that low end grumble singing a wonderful tune.
TMT modeling then makes it all come together, as you apply this to multiple channels, hit random, and watch magic happen.
This might just be the best console plug in ever produced, and makes applying all these wonderful tools, a reason why PA is at the top of their game in the VST development world.
